Coaching for real life, not perfect life

Coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

I’m Sarah, a coach who believes you don’t need to become a different person to feel better about your life. You need space, honesty, and support that respects your limits as much as your ambitions.

About My Approach to Coaching

I don’t believe in shouting at people to “think positive” or “work harder”. Most of the time, you already know you’re tired. You don’t need more pressure – you need space, honesty, and a kinder way of looking at yourself and your choices.

In our conversations, you can expect:

  • questions that invite reflection, not interrogation,
  • realistic steps instead of vague motivation,
  • respect for your boundaries, time, and responsibilities,
  • a calm space where you don’t have to perform or impress anyone.

Coaching is not therapy and it’s not a performance review. It’s a supportive space to think out loud, notice patterns, and choose what you want to try next – without pretending life is simple.

Who I Tend to Work With

Many of my clients are people who care a lot – about work, about family, about doing things well – and who secretly feel like they’re always “behind”. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
