A single 60-minute session focused on one area that feels stuck – a decision, a situation, or a pattern you’d like to understand more clearly.
Coaching here is designed to be thoughtful, gentle, and grounded. You don’t need to arrive with a neat goal or a five-year plan. We start with where you are today.
There are a few ways we can work together, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for and the time and energy you have available.

A small series of sessions to explore a theme in more depth – for example, boundaries at work, burnout recovery, or navigating a transition.
Coaching via thoughtful written exchanges. You receive prompts and questions, then reply in your own time, with responses that help you reflect and move forward.
Sessions are conversational and spacious. There is no script, but there is structure. We usually begin by checking in with how you are arriving today, and what feels most important to explore.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical support, and it isn’t suitable for every situation. It may be a good fit if you:
